Rear roof light wiring help...

Good afternoon everyone,

I just got my Baja rack in and set to install it will some lumens up top also.

I know some people have run their rear roof light wires under the open rear hatch /door, into the rear brake light hole, into headliner, then down side and run to front of vehicle. I realize that I could just run the wires up to the front of the vehicle, then down the windshield with my other lights but I am trying to keep the "windshield wire run" as limited as possible. I also don't particularly want zip ties and wires running up the side of the roof rack.

I can't seem to find good instructions on getting the wire from the headliner to the side wall. That is where I am looking for the help.

I have read you can jack up the headliner easily, but thankfully I only need 2 small wires through.

So how do I get the wires from the headliner down the rear vertical section on the back driver side corner of vehicle. I figure if I can get down to where the rear lights are, I can run the wires up to the front of vehicle without tons of difficulty.

Suggestions?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but you need to get yourself a "handy remover" or similar tool and just pull down on the edge of the panels.

Light pressure to get off, and they will snap back into place?

Yea, you can put a wrinkle in your headliner if you get to aggressive but just ease into it and don't just pry on one place if it doesn't want to move
