Rear tire carrier and snow pics

I finally 95% done with my runner. I've been holding out for the rear tire carrier because of the cost to get it new. Fortunately, I found a barely used one locally on Craiglist with a great price.
Here are the pics of the tire carrier and some pics (before the tire carrier) in snow.

The gap between the tailgate and the tire is not that bad. That was the max (closest) I can move the carrier in.

The pictures did not do justice on the carrier. It's barely used. The pictures were taken by the seller. It is Bonarue tire carrier

Is that dew on your car in the first non snow pics? Like on the flares and the top of the roof where it meets the sides of the car. Awesome tire carrier and 4Runner btw. :bigok:

Awesome pictures. Your truck is a beast. I'm going to get black rims for mine also. You should put some good tire gloss on to bring out the darkness in the rubber, it'll go good with the black rims/body.

If you decide to go with some type of tire dressing, I suggest either a Meguiar's gel applied with a foam pad, or Armor All Low Gloss protector. I have detailed cars for 3 summers now, and my boss swears by the last stuff. It brings out the new tire look without adding a ton of shiny bling.

I 2nd the Meguire's stuff especially if it's the Endurance gel which smells like grapes and actually last more than a few weeks even through rainstorms.

Thank you for your tire dressing recommendations. I have been use 303 Aerospace Protectant. It gave a "matte" look. Not too shiny.

Armorall is good for low gloss, my boss swears by it on his Ferrari's and Bentley's.
