Rear window squeak

My rear window has started squeaking when it goes up or down. Perhaps because it's dryer than a popcorn fart in Houston and my 4Runner has not experienced rain in months.

Anyway, what is the best way to lube a rear window or otherwise fix the squeak?

Might help to put some Rain-X on it, or glass polish.

Just bustin' on you a bit, I live in Houston also and hear you loud and clear on the lack of rain. This is not good at all!!!!

Hey man. My rear window would make some squeaking noises too when going up or down. I went to the dealer last week for my 5K checkup and mentioned it to them. They said they would lube it for me. Sure enough the sound is gone.

Thanks to all for the replies. I'll try the carwash If that doesn't work, I'll hit the dealer up at my 15K service.
