Rear Windshield Wiper

Today my rear windshield wiper stopped working. It worked last week but when I went to turn it on today nothing happens. Washer fluid will not squirt out either. I checked the fuse on the inside cabin fuse panel and fuse looks good. Any ideas what this could be? I can see or hear any attempts for the wiper to move just totally dead. 2004 4runner V-6 94k miles. Thanks

Mine has done that a couple of times. Start the truck, run the window all the way down and then manually run it all the way up and hold the up button down for a couple of extra seconds. Then try your wiper.

I will try to roll the windows down/up because I did disconnect the battery the other night to clean up the battery terminals. Thanks

If the window isn't all the way up...the wiper won't work....First thing I'd try.

Its fixed now. I rolled all 5 windows down then back up now wiper works. Tricks of the trade I guess. Thanks for everyone s quick responses on this issue!!

Thanks for the info, replaced the battery last weekend, then things wouldn't work. It's my wife vehicle so I fixed it and told her if it did it again to;

Put her finger on her nose, hold her breath, put the rear window down & up three times (although it worked with one). :lmao::lmao::lmao::reddance:
