Rebuilding the 3.0 in my 92

is there anything "special" i need to know, if I decide to completely rebuild my engine? I have not a Toy. motor yet and wanted to know if there is anything i need to be aware of, like anything to do with valve clearances, timing or anything? :shrug:
Also, I need to know, who makes good, aftermarket parts, i want better than stock,I'm building this to be a good all around 4x4, nothing to extreme, but strong enough to drive the Rubicon

To the OP: If you have a well stocked garage of normal car repair tools you will be fine. No special tools needed, just very small hands and the ability to work as well with your left hand as you do with your right.

Try putting a bunch of money ($20's $50's & $100's work best) into a bucket and then try throwing money at the problem area's. That's what I do and so far so good.
Seriously though... there's not a lot of aftermarket support for the 3.slow other than headers and maybe reground cams.
