Recent Gas Mileage

Talking to another 4runner friend.
He says 21-22 locked in at 55 on cruise.

I must be stuck in the 90's on how they measured this stuff still.
I didn't think to use my brain to realize its measured around 70mph, not 55 anymore.

You can order it by the 55 gallon drum, and you can run it out of a paint sprayer and other tools of the like.

So, undercoating with it is quite easy actually.

I used to be a dealer for FF.
IMO FF is a great product. I use it on the punch welds and to line the drain areas in the doors and hatch. no rust. Im amazed at how the dust sticks to it and forms this thick black coat that stays oily and repels water basically forever after you apply it. for me in the spots I apply it I dont need to reapply ever unless it gets rubbed off. if I undercoated with it though it probably needs to be done annually I would think

Fluid Film, Woolwax, etc. application + a good dusty dirt road drive is a winning combination.

Range don’t lie. Taken last Monday.

Fluid Film is Lanolin.

It's naturally water resistant, naturally a lubricant, naturally a bunch of things.
It also naturally eats rust for some reason. It's great for breaking up rusty tools. Just let it soak and wiggle.

I tried to teach that farm testing channel guy, but he just "i read the tech data sheet, blah blah"
Okay bro. You used the product incorrectly, represented it incorrectly.. then shit all over it. GG.

FF is *not* a penitrating oil.

Safe on almost all synthetic rubbers too. So you can wipe down your door seals with it to re-hydrate them and keep them nice.

Just don't spray fluid film on rubber seals and gaskets. It will cause the rubber to swell.
