Removing drivers side cargo area panel help..

Okay I've found plenty of pictures on removing the passenger side cargo panel (where the stock sub goes) but I need to remove the other side. I think I've tracked my rattle to something behind the panel right above the wheel well. I checked the jack, emptied all the pockets, and checked the rear cargo cover. If I bang on the panel I hear my metal on plastic sound which I've been searching for since I got this thing. I've already taped my rear seat latches, hatch access panels, etc... just about everything I could find on these types of rattles. I hope this is it.

Can anybody with the service manual post how this comes out? Is it similar to the opposite side? I'd really like avoiding breaking any clips. It's an 07 Sport, non-JBL, no double decker or sunroof.
