Removing lower-middle section of Front Bumper

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how to remove the lower-middle section of the bumper? I've taken out all the screws and bolts that are directly and indirectly connected to em, but it won't seem to budge. The furthest I've got is the bottom of the bumper being able to the move, but the top staying connected to the car.

I had the same problem this afternoon! My silver piece got hit with a chunk of ice on the highway and I got a replacement piece. I CANT GET THE DAMN BUMPER OFF!

The black part right? You have to cut that part to get it out. I asked a local car tuning shop when I was installing my billet grill. Instead I got my own brackets and made it work. If your doing that you can also just cut ridges in it so your billet will fit smoothly in.
