Repair Manual --maybe the mediafire one--

Does anyone know where I can find the manual that is in this post (http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/87982-rearview-camera-mod-nav-2.html#post766345)? There is the one located here (My Files) but when I downloaded the RM pdf it seems to be a newer version of the manual without that page. Additionally, the image in the post seems to provide more information than the newer version, such as waveforms, and that is what I am really looking for. Do anyone have any idea where I might find the earlier manual?

That one kinda of worked for me but when I extract everything, it does not have the main page the read me file states. Have anyone tried the htm based one recently?
