Repairing/replacing driver side mirror on 5th gen SR5

Sarah - there are threads on here about how to remove the door panel and mirror. Look under the Mods, Write-ups, Quick links Sticky. Under Exterior Mods there is one for removing door panels and the one by Antman for power folding mirrors that has info on how to remove the stock mirrors.

Hey guys, my driver side mirror also had a run-in with our garage and was bent backwards unsnapping some of the panels on the bottom side. No damage that I can tell, just the two plastic panels on the bottom and around the mirror out of alignment. Is there anyway to snap these back in without taking the mirror off? If I do have to take it off, will I be able to get to the snaps that way? Thanks!
