just double check the coil - wire order, quick and easy.

also make sure the boots are fully seated on the plugs and coils.

clean the coil bolts and standoffs. I could be wrong on this but i thought the ground for the coils are the 10mm bolts that bolt them to the valve cover

octanejunkies question is a good one and suggestions by tarsun are on target. Did the new coils come with new coil boots? They usually do. If not, that's a question. Make sure that you have the spring up inside the coil boot to contact the plug (visual check with flashlight). Generally don't have to regap the plugs - did you do that?. Also, if I was replacing coils & plugs, I would generally do the spark plug wires as well but wouldn't think that is your problem unless the plug boots tore when you were removing them. Wiring diagram attached to check your routing.....

Didn't gap plugs as they were supposed to be pre gapped at .044

Got misfire codes for cylinder 3,4 . Figured I would change them out while I was there . They appear to be the originals. 154,000 on my runner

Guessing you double checked it already but when we did this, I *thought* the boots were fully seated on the plugs - they weren't.

People are going to tell you Denso only on the coils and your plugs should be the double electrode type......but, I'm not sure that is the cause of your issues. I confirmed your plug part number on Rockauto....what's the Intermotor part number on the coil? Can't seem to find one on Rockauto or Amazon.

I don't trust afteramarket coils. OEM is about $30 on ebay. What was wrong with your OEM coils?

I just have to say that I don't install used electrical components unless I'm broken down some place where they are playing "Dueling Banjo's" in the distance.....But, I would stick with Denso and you can get a new one on Amazon for $59...

The plugs that came out were not dual electrode and it had been running great until last Friday and it starting running really rough . Error coded P0303 and P0304

As another member mentioned, twin ground plugs should be used.

Look on your timing cover, there is a picture saying to use only twin ground
plugs.

So very possible it never had anything to do with your ignition system (plugs, wires, coils). Perhaps you fixed something that wasn't broken and the root problem is still there. There are lots of things that cause misfires other than ignition problems. Note that #3 & 4 are not on the same coil/spark plug wire. After all your work, is the problem staying with cylinders 3 & 4? Are you getting any codes?

Put old coils back on.
Check all wires that had to be disconnected.

Agree that the plugs while not OEM shouldn't be causing a problem.

Confirmed the part number on Advance Auto Parts and Intermotor web sites....so, it should work....check your installation closely.

This

Also check your wire harness connectors to the plug coils on 1, 3, 5 cylinders and check the rest of the wiring harness looking for any melted wires, missing insulation, rodent damage, etc.
