Now we're talking!

This is one of the best forum's I've ever followed....so kudos to the MODS:trophy::trophy:

Now....I would love to see someone answer the question just posted....I got a 2003 Limited V8 4X4 with the JBL Navi unit....but I would love to replace it with a navi that has real-time traffic....a backup camera (like the newer units), Ipod connector/AUX port....and who knows what other goodies =)....

Any suggestions? =)

=)

The new Kenwood Navi's pretty much have what your both looking for. The DNX9960 ($), has real time traffic built in, and the 6690 has a module that you can add on to use this feature. Both are free lifetime. Unfortunately nobody really has weather features right now. Kenwood used to feature the XM Weather, but not anymore, and Pioneer has the AVIC-Z110BT headunit that works off of MSN Direct, but sporadic as to where it works, a paid for service, and will cease to exhist at the end of 2011.

Thanks for that. The top line is $$ as you rightly pointed out. Clarion produces a unit as well but no dealers are up here in the big land. Will take a look at the Kenwood as well when I am in Seattle next month. Thanks.

The Kenwood's are going to be the best for your money for sure; check out some of the Excelon's. They are expensive but worth it IMO.
