replacement dummy switch 06 4runner

I am looking for a new replacement dummy switch where the DAC control would go(red arrow) but I am not sure exactly what it is called. I have looked at several toyota part sites and had no luck. I was wondering if someone would be so kind and point me in the right direction.

The part is called a Knockout Blank. I went to the dealership with one in hand when I needed to order them. They cost about $10 ea. I couldn't find the part on toyotapartzone or partznet either.
