Replacing Cruise Control lever

Hi Everyone,

The cruise control lever on my 04 broke off the other day :(
So I need to replace it, does anyone know the process to replace this?

I know I have to take the airbag off, is it accessible after removing that? or it there more I'll have to remove to get to it? From the pictures I've seen of the part, the whole thing is held on with 4 screws.

I think this is the one I need.

1) I think you are right
2) cheap enough to try (partznet has it @ $77........ ouch)

Try it, if not, send it back. I want to say the one on fleabay is "nicer looking (rounder) than our control stalk.

Thanks,
I actually just found an OEM used on for $9 so got that one. I was worried about the aftermarket ones, and the letters wearing off after a month.

Thanks for the link to the diagram too.

Can't wait to get this fixed, I use it so often. Almost can't drive without it lol.

The white lettering on my headlight stalk is worn out and makes a strange "hard click" when I use it. Been wanting to replace it but don't want to part ways with $140 (I think, I can't remember and can't find it now). Yes, I'm that anal (stupid).
