Replacing doors with doors from other years

Question.

I bought some donor doors a little while ago and after paint and test fitment, I noticed that the doors didn't have a hole for the wiring harness to feed through.

I thought all doors were the same from 90-05? Maybe just in shape and in terms of holes for wiring harnesses? I find that hard to believe.

Replacement door for 2003 Sport

I can't start a new thread and this was the only post I could come up with related to my issue.

I just purchased a 2003 SR5 that was hit by a deer. It had damage primarily to the drivers door. I have found a salvage yard with the same year and color but it says it is WithOut theft deterrent and is a Sport door. Could I use this door? I don't care if everything matches in appearance, I just need it to be functional. The door I currently have doesn't fit any and the window is no longer functional.

I REALLY appreciate any help that I get.

probably should be straight swap, suprised there was not a door thread in the 4th gen folder.
does your truck not have the theft deterrent option?
I would think any 2003-2009 door would work
