well, I just pushed the button on a front and rear with tire carrier, etc. Probably gonna be a long 6-8 weeks...

It'll be worth the weight! The rear bumper with swingout is really nice.
I would also recommend that you consider the Sonoran Steel rear body mounts to help with the weight of the rear bumper. The rear bumper is stout at 120lb without the tire carrier.

Plan on 10 with the tire carrier as he states on his website that it's an additional 1-2 weeks with that. Agree with [MENTION=98153]MStudt[/MENTION] though, it's totally worth the wait. I'm hoping to have my order shipped soon :cheers:

Getting one of these painted next week and I'm working on getting it ready by drilling a hole for the backup camera and mock fitting the backup lights.
How is everyone running the wires for the license plate lights? I've got the "Single Jerry Can" mount on the swing out and am considering drilling a hole near the pivot and trying to run it through the inside of the arm. Not sure if that would work.

I had a two-wire wire I ran along the back of the carrier using a couple of zip-ties and in through the taillight grommet.
One caveat- and something I'll be doing soon because the screw part of one of the license plate lights broke- if possible figure out a way that if you have remove the plate light(s) you will be able to despite the wiring. We're also getting new plates so that'll be another time being able to remove the lights will be handy.

Thanks, that's a great suggestion. I've got some water proof plugs that I use for all my wiring. I'm a "neat wiring" freak, so I'll see if there's another way of hiding it all

The way I do it is through a free Imgur.com account. They provide direct links you can then post. It is difficult via mobile though having to switch back and forth between apps.

What size high lift is everyone running on the swing out. Thinking of going with the 60", but not sure if it'll fit. Putting it on this weekend (at least the bumper, might have to hold off on the swing-out depending on time) and I'll post some shots if anyone cares.

Got everything installed and it looks great:
One thing that I want to point out, though maybe somebody already has in this thread:
Make sure not to smash the seals for the hinge assembly too far in. I did this in my case and ended up not being able to insert the bearing spacers all the way in since the inboard seal ended up constricting the space.

If you install the seals with the bearing spacer already in the seal properly, you will be able to insert the seal only as far as it should be:
I also want to give a shout-out to [MENTION=76968]traxman25[/MENTION] for his exceptional customer service! After discovering my error, I went ahead and purchased a new bearing, seal, and race kit from him in order to get a new pair of seals to replace my smashed ones. He included a second pair of seals, so that I wouldn't have to source seals in the future should I need to use the replacement bearings and races.
Also, a question for everyone else: How is everyone securing their spare and jerry cans? I've got a bicycle security wire going through my spare and jerry can now, but was wondering what everyone else is doing? I'm not going to be running with the jerry can and jack all the time, but when I do I want to secure it somehow.

Love this rear bumper with swing out. This is my next major mod.
I noticed that you optioned it with the light buckets which is what I am planning. Can I ask which back up lights you selected and based on the bucket size were you fairly limited in which flush mount lights would fit?
Another question it looks like your bumper lights are truly flush mounted which is precisely what I want ....did you powder coat or paint your bumper and did that impact your light install at all (flushness or figment within the bucket)?

For the light buckets we offer the 4x3 rectangle tube (2.75H x 3.75W inside dimensions) for standard mount small driving lights or the flush mount cutouts for the Rigid SR-M flush mount leds. That I know of the SR-M is the only light that fits with that flush mount cutout pattern. If you have a specific flush mount light you want for whatever reason please email me and I'll see if we can do that for you.

[MENTION=76968]traxman25[/MENTION] cuts his bumpers to fit Rigid SR-M flush mount lights (or the non-flush version of those). If you go to Rigid's website there is a template that I printed out to get measurements from in order to find some lights with the right mounting dimensions. I ended up going for the el cheapo MICTUNING flush mount lights from Amazon since I thought paying $200 for lights seemed a little ridiculous (and I'm cheap too, mostly it's because I'm cheap). These are almost the same dimensions as far as mounting as the Rigids, but not quite. I ended up cutting the little tab between one of the mounting screw holes and the light cut-out hole on each side with a dremel and they fit in perfectly tight and without showing any of the mounting holes at all (as you can see in my pictures).
I had this bumper painted locally and asked them basically to rattle can it with Rustoleum bedliner so I can touch up any scratches easily myself. Would have done it myself like I did their front winch bumper, but I didn't have a space to be able to do that. It didn't affect the mounting of the MICTUNING flush mount lights at all.
