Rivnut tool to borrow?

I'm looking into setting some M6 rivnuts (aka rivet nuts), but I have heard that you need a pretty serious tool to set stainless steel ones, not one of the little cheap ones.
(as in one like this wouldn't cut it: amazon.com)
Anyone have one that I can borrow? Or any advice on where to get a cheap one or rent one, or any advice on using them in general?

Thanks!

I want to add extended roof rails to the front of my 4runner so I can put a little basket in front of a RTT for firewood and a gas can. 3 M6 rivnuts on both sides for the rails to bolt in to. I don't think that Harbor Freight one will work, I am trying to set rivet nuts/threaded inserts, that one appears to be for only regular rivets.
