Road Bull's 2002 SR-5 timeline.

So, I loaded up my truck full of parts and headed over to my buddy's place to see what all we could get done.

-4X Innovations rear swing out test fit, done!
-Sonoran Steel solid rear body mounts, installed!
-OME 861 rear springs with cones, installed!
-Hella Supertone horns, installed!
-Warn m8000 winch, installed!
-Fuel filter, changed(OEM)!

Bumper will be dropped off for powder coating Monday morning. I still have a few things to do for next time. I was going to add a Blue Sea fuse box to clean up my electrical needs. I still need to mount my ARB twin air compressor, (probably rear cargo storage, 99% sure), as well as mount my PIAA crystal ion fog lights up front.

I want to if the added weight up front and the weight of the rear bumper changes my overall height. I may crank up the front coils a bit. Once that is done, I want to find a REAL alignment shop that can incorporate my SPC Light Racing UCAs into the mix to ensure better wheel travel clearance and kick the tire rub to the curb.

Well... that's about it for now.

Oh... That 4X Innovations bumper was NOT fun loading up by myself this morning. Maybe I should have had a V8 today.

4X Innovations rear swing out installed.

Ok, besides some minor tweaking, I got my bumper sorted out.

Rear swing out, no BL, single jerry can holder, high lift mount, cut outs for rear lights, (rolling empty for now.) Powder coated black.

I got a great deal on the powder coating due to them taking a lot more time than originally communicated. I hope it holds up. LOL.

I still need to clean up my wiring for the license plate lights. They are working, but I want to sheikh the wires to protect them. Also need to retap the holes for the little plastic skid buffer in the swing out.

Will do. I used the ones you suggested and they work great. I will try to snap a pick of the table before work and I'll see if I can snap a night time pick with the license place lights. They are nice and bright though.

I used the 4 pin loom that [MENTION=116387]Unner[/MENTION] suggested. It worked like a charm. My friend just spliced a lead and ground off the loom, still leaving the 4 pin available for towing if I need to.

Do you have pics on your wire routing? Mine might be a bit different due to the fold down table.

My friend that helped me is really good at electrical stuff, but there are two wires that tie in, so not too hard. I can try to figure out what two they are and let you know. It was really easy either the 2001/2002 design with that trailer plug coming out of the rear vent flap pass through using the loom connector that Unner used. Now I just want to clean it up by covering the wires and anchoring things down.

All 4 pin plugs are a standard schematic so you can google it to figure out which one is which. Unless you wanted to wire straight into that little plug coming out of the flap instead of using the harness I linked from Amazon.

You don't have to touch the shock mounts on either side if you use the compressors. Seriously the easiest way to get aftermarket springs in these trucks.

So my eyeballs put it right about 25" hub to top of wheel well, maybe a hair over on both sides. Brand new, my 7 wraps were about 24.5" before i added my full savage skids. I didn't think to take measurements as i kept adding things to the vehicle. I like where it sits now. I am contemplating raising the front just a bit. The fronts are sitting right about 22".

Thanks man, I was hoping for 24.5" to 25" with just the bumper and tire. My fronts are at 23.5" right now and this should put me exactly where I want to be.

I just heard from Savage and my bumpers gonna be ready Saturday. Roy also said he'd weld up the [MENTION=28464]eimkeith[/MENTION] panhard correction kit for me. That just leaves the SS body mounts and the springs. I think the wife might let me work on it Sunday. All I had to do was promise to put a new garage door in. Luckily that's gonna take a month before it gets delivered. lol

Here's a couple picks of the lights that you suggested. Sorry for the crappy phone pics. It was a fairly bright night and there looks to be a bit more light in the picture than what it really looks like. I suppose the best way to describe it is the (flashlight under the face ghost story look), but from above, and two of them. They work for me.

Although I might keep my eyes open for a second gen swing out plastic Swing Out license plate holder at some point to see how it looks. I saw somebody else's on here that has one on their rear bumper and it looks pretty freaking cool.
