Bet it'll feel good to have it back! First I thought that doo-dad on the fender was a euro style turn signal but it's not...I guess it's a badge? Those d-ring mounts look real nice too.

Yes, it's an Overland Bound badge! Their website is the same name. We have a good sized group and regionally are going on trips. At the end of Sept we're doing Buck Rock Trail in Sequoia Natl Park...if it's not on fire...right now it is!

But yeah, dying to get the lift and tires on...Pics soon!

Nice look after the lift! Pretty much how mine ended up too. I love a little rake in it. Looks a bit more aggressive, and when you load it down, it sits about level. Clean looking Runner!

Yep! I have some 4xinnovations that I'm painting this weekend and they should be on in a week or two! I came close to my rocker a couple times and they would make me worry much less...

Evil alarm

There's some trickiness to alarm systems. I got a new car battery, which set off my alarm. Tried everything we could find off every forum, called everyone. Turns out the toggle had broken off. Decided to rip the $&@#% out!

turf and surf Pismo Beach

Went by the Land Cruiser fest called Turf and Surf at the Pismo Dunes. Most had already left, but we had an amazing lil drive. Waiting for my whip mount so I'm allowed to go out into the dunes.

It did come out fine...but with 15 year old paint, the "new" side has much more desert to the other sides dune! I should have just had him do the whole thing!
