As long as The result is the World Series win for the Cubs, I'll take game 7. My only fear is when we face Kleuber, we'll be down 3. That would suck !!!!

Pulling for y'all out here in Portland. Nothing against Cleveland, but considering they just won an NBA title, I think they'll be alright.

I know you're all busy being piss drunk and streaking through your neighborhoods, but congratulations!!! It was a great series, and was glad to see Chicago fight back against serious adversity.

I haven't always been a big baseball fan, but I can say this was an incredible game to watch. Cleveland fans, hold your heads high. You'll have a great team again next year, and an NBA championship in the books is not a bad way to console yourselves.

Watched it here in Austin then partied with a bunch of Cubs fans at a watch party. It was awesome!

As a South Side White Sox fan, I was rooting for the Cubs all the way. A great series, and a well deserved win for a great organization. Congrats Cubs!
Now on to Blackhawks hockey!!

My family were in tears. All this time waiting. Herring them talk about going to games as kids and finally it happened. Go Cubs.

Definitely still riding a high!!! I agree with everyone's assessment, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. That is when I could calm down and sit.

Papers are hard to come by, I was only able to find 1 tribune. I wanted several, but they were gone faster than the World Series hats!!! Cubbies!!

After reading a bunch of articles and listening to news casts, it's unbelievable to me the impact that this championship has had on people in all walks of life. I have read about a gentlemen who sat at his father's grave during game seven to keep a promise. I read about a grandmother who wrote a message on a wall to her last husband. I read about fans from all walks of life calling this the most epic game 7 in sports. I read about folks who missed this game just days before it happened (92, 95, 97 year olds). I am just amazed by the stories and I think that we will all hear about this for years to come. Great game......great fans!!!

You are not kidding, that one really touched home. My brother in law's father, passed away recently and is a massive diehard Cubs fan. I really felt for that side of the family when the cubs won the World Series. To top it off, his childhood best friend, who married into the family, passed away mid summer without ever seeing the Cubs championship as well. I really hope they watched that game together!! I am sure more stories will surface as the weeks go by.

I'm still in shock I just got to watch it all happen. I highly doubt I'll ever see a baseball game this great again. Also I want to note this. To the Tribe Fans. You guys are amazing also. What a hell of a game amd I loved the beating of the drums in the dugout. I could not help but to think of Charlie Sheen as Vince Von. Simply put this was America's game at its best,period!

That's awesome man! Thanks for pulling for us. I think most Cubs fans can say that they equally respect the Championship runs that the Cardinals have produced.

I was on a trip in Cali at the time and my friend and I caught it at a sports bar in Ventura. A good chunk of the people in the bar were wearing Dodgers gear, but almost everyone was rooting for the Cubs. It was a pretty crazy atmosphere.

That's what is called class right there. I live in MO and most everyone are Cards fans. There are a few Cubbie fans that have moved down from the Chicago area like my soon to be in laws. It was cool to see them so happy.
