Roof top light wiring help.

I've looked for wiring help threads on here for Gen5's.to see how people have plumbed/ installed roof rack lighting wiring.. whether a 40"Bar light or individual lamps.
I haven't found anything yet and would appreciate a poke in the right direction.

I have a BajaRack UT rack coming with sunroof cut out to get my RTT lower and more accessible.
There's 4 holes past the air damn I've planned to go with 4 of the Bajadesigns led spot pro spot lamps plumbed in series so i can turn them and point them when camping.
I have and know there's possibly a chance that where the front stock roof mounts are there's clearance to try and fish a wire down into the headliner near the driverside seatbelt.
Has anyone ever attemped this? Tricks for fishing wire? How does anyone install G5 wiring for roof top lights? Do you have no choice but to drill a hole? does the front windshield window trim trick for G5's.

Most guys seem to run their light bar wires up pillar in the pillar channel. Thats what I did.

Did you run it up the pillar then fish it to the hatch?

I'm planning on a putting up a led bar once my new rack arrives in a few weeks and want to avoid drilling holes

Thete should be no need to drill holes. Are you rigging light onthe front or the rear of the vehicle?

ok, here is how I did mine. I used a rigid wiring harness and removed the wire sheath for wire running up the pillar. I then put heat shrink over the wires.I bought a $60 light bar, and wasn't sure if it would last, so i used double sided tape rather than a silicon in the pillar channel to hold the shrink wrapped wires in.

Most guys do not have to trim the weather stripping on the roof to accommodate the heat shrink wires, but I did.
