Routing CB cable/wire

I have a cobra 19 in the ash tray, and got a ODL antenna mount for passenger side. I have read about routing the cable through the vent behind the bumper, but not sure if i can do that on the passenger side. Any other ideas on routing it?

I have my coax run from the CB (ashtray like yours), down the passenger side under the floor panels and then I have it just pop out at the lift gate and tuck under the body. It's not as stealthy as going through the vent or drilling the body somewhere, but I never notice I have a wire just pop out and disappear under the bumper (I just had to go outside and figure out where I even had it routed). Hope that helps.

I have the same thing as above, just runs out the rear hatch on the driver's side.
