Rubbing/Pulling On Exit Ramp....

I was getting off the interstate at my usual exit ramp just like every morning. This particular exit ramp has a pretty sharp right turn at the end to merge with the oncoming traffic. I may have taken the turn a little faster this morning than usual, but as I was making that right turn, I felt a sudden tug at the steering wheel. Seemed like something in the front end was rubbing maybe? I haven't had any rubbing issues since I did the fender liner MOD....except for this morning. I am just trying to get some wise opinions on what it might have been so I can either fix it or just know that I can't turn that sharp that fast again! There is only a small clearance of the stock UCAs to the tires...that seems to be the most obvious culprit for potential rubbing....? any insight?

Sorry my inner immature child made me do it (between the title and that I could not resist).

*Growing up* - could the VSC system kicked in? I know a number of people who have had that issue on the ramps before.

Can you see any evidence - marks, rub lines from the tire, on the tire etc.?

quick visual inspection this morning was inconclusive. It was only a split second that I felt the rubbing/pulling (I know you will have fun with that one westwind77). I may just have to recreate the event and crawl up under the truck and see if I can find any effects....

hmmm..hadn't considered that. I was expecting for lights to be flashing on the dash and possibly hear some sort of audible alarm as well if that was the case. Don't think I have ever had VSC kick in before, so I wouldn't even know what to expect. Thanks for the input...I may have just gotten my solution.

Did you hear any noise when it happened? VSC will make noise and you'll be able to hear any liner or body mount rubbing pretty clearly.

NO...that's why I was pretty confused and thrown off guard. That's why the potential of the UCA rubbing the backside of the tire came to mind. No obvious noise or vibration like rubbing on the front fender liner (Which only happened in reverse anyway). No bells, whistles or lights on the dash either.
