rx afs projector retro

Here is a vid of my RX projectors on my Civic. 35W lightwerkz ballast, 4300K. Again, sorry for the low quality video.

.........4ft apart or something like that, then when u mark the hieght of the light, it has to be to the middle of the projectors, for me it was like about 39 inches, and then u mark that on the wall, then use some tape, duct tape long wnough to do refrence mark for height and then the width. do a flat tape line for height, then a vertical for width. on the heigh part make sure u lower it at 2 inches, so the height line should be 37. now the aiming starts, back up at 25 feet, aim the lower step of cutoff at 37 inches, if u use duct tape, try to use the bottom line as the reference. like the bottom part should be at 37................

This is what I did:
1) measured in inches the height from the road to the middle of the projector. For me, it was 36in. I proceeded to the wall (where I park my cars, you can see toward the end of the video), measured 34in and left tape for reference. Note: This method is flawed b/c I can't say for sure that the concrete is completely flat from the wall back toward my car at 25ft. To my untrained eye, I think it slopes downward a bit. I'd have to buy a laser level to PROPERLY horizontally adjust them.
2) Backed up 25ft.
3) Made appropriate adjustments. I had the cut off points line up with the tape. The Passengers side slightly higher. Didn't make any vertical adj (left/right). From what I learned to adjust vertically: you have to measure the distance between projectors (drivers/passenger), let's say, 37in. When you have your truck up against the wall with the lights on, you measure the point on your cut off line, where the horizontal line tilts upwards toward the right (both projectors do this), it should be 37ins. When you back up 25ft, they should STILL be at 37in. IF not, vertical adjustment is needed. But I didn't last night. Mine are off. They are angled inwards. This explains why I don't have "wide angle" beam.

new vid please with no foglight on, that should bring out the retros

New vid? HAhahhaah, you're killing me!! But seriously, I'll post another without the foglights on. Luckily I recorded that too last night. That vid is about 1:20min long.

still some nice vids, i think u still need to lower the lights a bit , just take it to a empty lot besides ur parking spot. i think the 4runner is still high up, i think u need it at 33.5 which is 2.5 inches from the 36 u have, on hidplanet, it says at 2.1 - 2.5 inches from the projector height. 3 inches might be a bit low though. try to readjust both cars vertical alignment at another lot, go to a safeway or something. walmart or some plaza with a flat ground.

redid my aim, this is just a prefix since we have fog in the area, coulnt get my horizontal right, but this should be close, note that i need to lower the driver side a lil.
