Hi Bob , good to chat with you again. Did you use the traction gizmo's as we left the peak? I started in 2wd and midway up went to 4 hi as I lost grip.
Hope to meet up again on the next trail.

I was worried about that rock garden on the way up, maybe due to my lack of experience and still having oem tires,
I used 4 Lo, locker on, multi-terrain set to mogul and tires were already at 20. Went up slowly without a bit of slip. I may have trouble convincing my wife that I need better AT tires.
I'm planning on going on the Dec. 7th run - Cleghorn to Arrowhead with El Gringo Loco.

I was up at the santiago peak last saturday, and saw all of you guys convoying up the mountain, as I was heading down just before sunset, because I was running low on gas. I was just wondering if u guys saw me. I was in a silver 3rd Gen, with 4 hella lights on top. My friends were right behind me in an Silver Fj Cruiser and lifted green Tundra. I would like to get more involved in more of these off road runs/ meets that you guys have. Keep me posted! Thanks!

Now THAT is what I was looking for in the pictures. The first time I ran this trail it looked much like this and all I could think about was "I have to get the guys from T4R on this trail".
It is a nice local place and the views are just killer!
Glad everyone enjoyed this trip and I'm sorry I missed it but very happy that it turned out so well for everyone else.

Would any of you guys would be down to do a run on a weekday? I can't make weekends because of work. How about a Friday run?
