There were 14 of us total. 10 from the Oc side and 4 more from the San Diego end.

Morning might be nice for the views, night might be nice for the sunset.

Overall, I plan to bring a meal with me and enjoy it at the top of Santiago.

I rode up Harding Truck Trail to 4 Corners on my MTB a couple days ago and the gate to Main Divide was locked. Sure enough, the CNF's website reports the roads are closed right now. Pretty sure they'll stay locked in the near term given our weather forecast.

There are three ways from the 15 frwy to get up. The easiest way to find is off the weirick exit go right to the light and go left. On the right about a 1/2 mile down is a small road that says Bedford motor way. It has a sign that says private road that's not true. There is a brick and wrought iron wall on the left side of the street.
