IMO , I would either do TOYOTA or leave it blank. I think those letters look bad enough on the back.

I agree with Antman in the Toyota symbol or Toyota letters look best.

FJ40 Emblems look pretty BA, but for your rig, I think an FJ cruiser front grille "TOYOTA" badge would look best.
