What Fits?

I have a 97 limited I acquired and I know they unplugged I believe he said the relay for the back window so it currently does not work. My trip meter in the gauge cluster does not work(Speedo and odometer do) and then I've center consoles with cup holders, will they fit? Sorry I'm the total NOOB

do you have the swing out deal that goes on the bottom of the passenger side of the (fat lip) bumper and the pin thing that holds the swing out? its called a bumper plate i believe

help ID'ing this 99 OEM 'Bumper Plate'
