1. a lot of people run them
2. fitment is great if you like 2 inches of poke
3. you will get some rubbing w/ 285s and bigger.
IMHO, i think they are the best combination of looks (simple 5 spoke), weight (lightweight), fitment (deep dish / pokage), and price.
I have both f5's in 17x8.5 (bronze) and 17x9s (gunmetal)....I prefer the 17x9 by a long shot.
Thank you for the reply and sharing your experience I do like the “poke” I’m already lifted 2.5” up front and 2.25” rear seems like I’ll just have to trim a bit I’m ok with that again thank you.

I personally don't run the 17x9 (I run the 17x8.5), but if you search around a little, there are a lot of people that run them now and have some information on what they had to do to get them to fit. If you throw on 285's, I can say, you will probably have to do a little more than trim. Good luck!

17x9 -38 is the best offset IMO. Looks meaty and widens the rig up nicely. I'm running 295/70 KM3
A lot of people run this spec nowadays.
