So since you've been there would you say its stock suspension and paint friendly? Im not to worried about the paint part but i know some of the 5th gen guys might be. Im only concerned with stock suspension friendly part.

Yes the trails are wide bush. Some are semi tight. There are Alot of steep hills. My Landcruiser was open front and back. It was muddy and i had to get a running start to get it up. Keep in mind it was in June. Now it might be worst.

I am really late to this thread and bummed I missed it!

I live in Bellevue and have a v8 4th gen which has new tires, 5100's and FJCruiser springs that I'm dying to put to some good use.

Please keep me in mind for the next meetup!

All right everyone, [MENTION=114614]BigRyan1986[/MENTION] has come up with a great idea for 25 OCT 14 (Thanks). Great date pick, I was researching some locations for that exact day.

I called and spoke with some lady, she confirmed that most trails are stock friendly and should be okay for OEM tires. But, warned that it if it's been rainy it will be more difficult, but is possible. She went on to say that they have something like 160 acres of trails, obstacles, tracks and "other fun stuff".

This ORV is backed up against the Capitol State Forest that has over 100 miles of logging trails.

Between both places, there will be plenty for us to get in to.

Kris, I like your idea and we'll be joining you. They have camping there, too. Or can drive up 12 connect 101 and camp some where on the coast?

Interesting... I have always heard this place wasn't much for 4x4 vehicles, which is why I have never been.
