I dig these glacier-running rigs. I always like seeing a vehicle purpose-built to completely dominate one particular type of terrain, whether it's a stupid-looking mud buggy with tractor tires, or a Le Mans type car out on the track

No, they're massive snow tires.
Arctic Trucks puts similar tires on their mutant Toyotas.
