show me your off road lights

I want to see how you mounted your off road lights on your stock bumper. I need ideas on how and where to mount. Thanks

cbi ditch mounts, 7.5" bar mounted on top the bumper and piaa driving lights mounted down below.

No removal of the fender but you have to unbolt it and the hood to get it in there. Very painless install

Does that hood glare ever bother you?

It's not as bad looking out and they are tilted too far in. I am still adjusting them to where I like them but the 7.5" bar really does a great job of throwing light out front. I don't use the ditch lights as often.

Any pictures of how you mounted the light down there in the bottom of the bumper and possibly some during the day with the light off?

I'm thinking about mounting an LED bar down there on mine as well.

Thanks, I dig them and I think the brackets are on sale right now too for 30% off - dang!

Anyway, you only have to remove the fender bolts and pull it out a bit at the corner. A tennis ball was perfect for wedging in there while I got the bolts started. You then bolt the bracket base to the hood mounts which was pretty easy if you have something/someone holding the hood while you swap the OE bolts for supplied longer ones to make up for the thickness of the base - I thought it was pretty cool how perfectly notched and angled it was to fit through the gap up there.

also if you look in my sig, I made a mount that attached into the license plate mount, and also tied into the hood latch support with a small bar inbetween the bumper and grille.

Please pic of how you mounted lihht bar in grill. This is one of the ways i was considering.

Made it out of some thick sheet metal. I forget which gauge. I had to pull off a piece of plastic that seemed to be useless from the bumper. Used self tapping sheet metal screws. I've had it for about six months and have no problems with it shaking on a rough road. My only gripe is that being mounted as low it is, it can be tough to get a long distance beam out of it

Behind the grills hu. Ok i was thinking cutting the lower grill for a light bar but did not want to cut so i like that. Doing the cbi brackets and led cree ditch lights for sure.
