Shrockworks bumper install - fog lights and turn signals

I want to make sure everything is in the right place before I mount this bad boy. Do theses lights looked positioned correctly? They seem to sit kinda far back. More recessed then I thought they would be. I do not see any other way to mount though. Am I missing something or is this right?

That is about where mine sit. I put a pair of round LEDs in mine and they sit flush with the back of the mounting ring, actually slightly behind it. Since they are fog lights, they just kind of throw light out there and the depth is not super critical. Or at least that is how my LEDs seem to operate, they just throw light out.
