were their supposed to be any bolts or screws that came with the bumper im making my 3rd trip to home depot for nuts and bolts. now im trying to put the fog lights and turn signals on and making yet another trip

There should have been a complete set.

Make sure that you use grade 5 or 8 fasteners, or the metric equivalent.
