Snorkel with ditch brackets installed

I looked around and didn't see a post, I have ditch lights installed and I want to instal a snorkel (landcruiser 80 seems to be the consensus) any ideas? Was thinking about cutting the neck off and just drill a hole through it and install the snorkel. Thoughts? Ideas? TIA

My plan is similar, just cut off the part of the bracket that interferes, drill a new hole and you're all set. It will not fit as it sits with the snorkel as I'm sure you know.

Yea I heard that it sits like an in or so off the body but I might just get black cawking (think I spelled it right) and fill in the gap of it's too bad! I just love the look of the snorkel AND the ditch brackets.. so why not both? Lol
