Yours is barely broken in. My 06 Tacoma has 125k, my 07 runner has 133k and my 97 Jetta has 169k.

I figured, all the 4Runners and Tacomas i came across while i was looking to purchase, all had over 150k and they were newer years too so i thought it was a good purchase, when i got it it had barely 97k

Thanks for motivating me to get one of my own...better late then never right MACT4R

Might have to get one of those. I picked up the arb awning and room for sleeping in and it looks like there's gonna be enough space at the end of the cots for the table. I can put the heater on that.

Good S**t Al! Next is the 0deg sleeping bag and ur all set.

Well I have some 15*s that are pretty good, I’m always fine while I’m in them... nice luxury when changing and stuff for sure though.
Mostly bought one for my wife and 1yr old, she wants to start camping again and demands it not be so cold for the baby lol. Little traumatized from when our oldest was that age hahah

It’s fine on the ground , just put a cotton towel or something under it. You don’t really leave it on all night, just when you get it the morning or before bed it’s feaking amazing

Had the JB gatekeeper all to ourselves Friday evening. It was muddy af. No bueno with open front diff.

I'm weary about putting anything flammable on the ground in a canvas tent. haha. Need to get this awning put on so I can see exactly how big the room is, but from some of the pictures I've seen I can legit set up the table inside of it with the cots.

Some more from 2N06X & 3N93... :becky:

I'm baaaaaaaack. Sadly my 4runner doesn't get used much anymore. I bought a dually for towing and camping and we get too lazy to drive the 4runner anymore. It really is a mall crawler now -__-

Asked in the general 3rd gen section too but does anyone have a source for a sub 150k 01-02 A340F tranny in SoCal? Dropped the pan today to find small slivers of metal, needlebearings perhaps? Changed out the filter and did a drain and fill.... only to have the code for the shift solenoids to come on 75 miles later. Pretty much going to look to do a swap at this point.

Which one of you jokers took the wrong off shoot in cleghorn in 2wd?

Hey at least they went wheeling ...more can be said of our sorry asses with constantly broken trucks hahah

I found 2 serious exhaust leaks yesterday while giving the ole girl the sea foam treatment. But even with the leaks it’s runnign better after removing the cat and cleaning it.

Speaking of broken, I didn't go to bed til 1130 last night fixing the cam tabs on Lucy Pearl. Started at 10am-11pm. But that's from start to finish and learning how to weld "good enough" so it wont fall off driving or wheeling. It was a biscuit just taking the oe cam tabs to grind and prep. Spent about 2 hrs practice welding. Definitely welds turns out better when you're well placed and comfortable, which I wasn't so booger welds everywhere...haha! Holding so far, wheelin is another question.

Sweet! Does that mean we're gonna have a surprise visit this weekend? Holcomb might be on the list. :eyebrows:
