Ya I donno if I will be jumping it, just because it's my DD and I can't afford to find out if it would break. No it's not really much of a mudder, but I haven't tried yet. I don't think I'll be putting it in the mud too much, even though I know that's what we're all about down here. Though I plan to go to a pretty big bog coming up, just to show it off a bit
And as far as affording the truck, I had to give my parents my 06 T4R for my little brother, in exchange for them getting me this. It was in their favor by about 6 or 7k. I had orginally bought the 06 in 06 for $10,000 from an old man that I used to help out in the neighborhood when I was younger. He was moving and didn't feel like taking it with him all the way up north. I'm forever grateful. I got the 10k from working my ass off during highschool bussing tables lol. Totally worth it in the end.

Here in FL we still believe in the constitution. hehe jk. But cops here really don't care about stuff like that. In fact, sometimes they'll come talk to you about it just to tell you they think it's cool.
This is the first time I've seen it. I think it looks pretty cool, but I was sad to hear it has stock suspension and a crapload of body lift.
I'm glad you got a good deal on it since the suspension is shot.You will want to get that fixed asap or it WILL cause you considerable grief.
Are those mirror lights fabricated or off the shelf?
The guy had some fab skills, no doubt. What did he do with the back bumper, if anything? From the shots posted it looks stock besides maybe the cutout for the spare. Just mho, but if I were to spend that much time fabricating cool parts I would have fabbed something not readily available like a cool rear bumper. Congrats on the truck though. I have to find a job so I can afford to do what I want with the suspension. I'm working on it, it's just hard to find a job in a town with 3 colleges (100,000+ kids my age looking for the same job).
The mirror lights are fabricated I think. He has them on one of his other buggies too. I'll post some pics. The back bumper is stock, but the tire carrier swings down by way of the winch. I have plans for the back but I don't have the time/money right now to even think about it. Thanks for the comments!
Ya the rad-flo was the first thing I wanted until I saw the price. I don't really know what I'm going to to yet, but it needs to happen soon, therefore, it will probably be on the cheaper end until I can get some money saved up.
I understand your thoughts on the body lift for sure. I have read about this happening too. I like the height of the truck (and so do the girls), so I'm taking it over to a buddies house so we can look at it and reinforce it if/where necessary.
I will. But I gotta warn you, it's in rough shape right now. It's not done.

Gotta love the South. Well a I wouldn't consider a lot of Florida the South, but that is a different story.
There are plenty of lifted trucks on Clemson's campus. People would look at you funny if you drove a Prius.
