sold 2010 SR5, new 2011 Limited

Well bought my 2010 silver SR5 in dec 10' with 70,500 mi on it yesterday and bought a 2011 magnetic grey Limited 4wd fully loaded

Putting a toytec spring lift on front and back next week and looking at some good year or michelin 275x60x20's on it, I do alot o highway driving so want a good looking tire but need it to be quiet and last a while, any suggestions?

Wow - that is a lot of driving!! Congrats on the new ride. I'll be interested to hear how you compare the SR5 to the Limited in a few months. You'll have more time in both trucks than probably anyone else on here. Definitely more than those who took a few hour test drive in each.

oh the difference is night and day already. I love the xreas suspension. I had a trail edition that i ordered in February that est delivery date was may, then it got pushed back till august so wanted to trade sooner rather than later. I got 23k for my 2010 SR5 2wd.

I'm so excited about the lift, you have any recommendations on some 275x60x20 tires?

Michelin has some 70k mi tires but there close to 280 a piece?

I got a letter in the mail the other day from my local Toyota dealer stating that the earthquake in Japan may have had a positive effect on the trade in value of my 2010. If that were true, I might be tempted to trade up to a BP Limited and "Harper-ize" it into TE clothing. However, its interesting to note that they have more 5th gens on the lot right now than ever before. No BP, Black, or TEs though.

No recommendations here - I'm still running stock. I've seen a lot of other threads on tires though, so you can pretty much get your fill of info if you search a little. I'm dreading the cost of putting new tires on these wheels when the time comes.

I would highly recommend looking at Cooper Zeon's. So far mine have been wonderful. Quiet, aggressive and good wear.
