Solid Body Mount Bushings

Check this page out. In short, for 3rd gen 4Runners just replacing the rear body bushings w/ polyurethane ones reduce the flex between the aftermarket rear bumper and body significantly.

The trouble is nobody makes poly bushings for 4th gens, and the 2nd gen Taco and 3rd Gen 4Runners are a little different than ours. I might have to be the guinea pig.

If you can figure the dimensions of all the bushings inner and outer, then you could probably find a universal bushing from energy suspension. I recall them having a sort of catalog for that.
