Has anyone with a Trail tackled the rearview camera mod yet? How do you get the trail version crawl controls removed in order to access the screws to remove the console?

Wow, I get to quote myself.
For those with Trail Edition, there is a small slot on the back slide of the trail controls where you can insert a small flathead screwdriver to pop the panel loose.

She's too practical, and I'm too stupid/problematic/troublesome.

Here's what I mean...

She hardly ever wears nice jewelry, except for her wedding and engagement rings, and a diamond cross I bought her.

So...if I screw up and buy another nice necklace (which I have done), I get told it's a waste of money because she wears her cross all the time.

I've already gotten her a bracelet (a Christmas gift) and a nice ring (a baby/screwup gift), and she doesn't wear them.

So, I'm out of jewelry locations. There's a line of jewelry pieces, just waiting to be worn. I'll just be chastised for buying more, and get in more trouble!

FOR THE FORUM: She's REALLY pissed at me today for something we shan't discuss. (I'd say there's an 84% chance that I am in the wrong on this one, but I'm not sure) Part of the outburst was, "no, you're not stopping at (Antman)'s house today, and you can forget modding your truck ever again!"

I'll be picking up flowers on the way home. Like, ALL the flowers I see. This must be smoothed over!

Can you imagine...no more modding, ever?

A short piece of appropriate diameter soft rubber hose is a big help removing the bulbs that you can't quite get a grip on. Just push it onto the lamp as far as you can and pull briskly and the lamp will usually just pop out.

Also, there is no reason anyone should ever be subjected to that kind of torture. And this is coming from a prior NKOTB/Backstreet Boys fan... who subsequently learned the error of her ways. I am so sorry that you have to go through that. We should start a collection in your memory.

At least TWO people recognized that I was not attending (potentially) this concert under the guise of my own desires...

Flowers delivered and well received, and then I took the baby and rocked him (getting him to sleep and keeping him asleep) for a solid 2 hours so she could do homework and stuff.

May get some additional points when she asks, "Did you install that switch at (Antman)'s house today?" (for the interior accent lighting) and I say "no".
