They look real. You can see SUMITOMO and the year on the wire insulation, just like the original. Of course, you don't know if what is in the picture is what you actually get.

If for some reason it is false advertising from the vendor, and on top of that there is some trouble getting a refund for it- it wouldn't be the worst $14 I ever spent on the 4Runner.

Before I got Analysis Paralysis about the whole deal, I thought I'd share it with y'all. Hope it ends up working out.

Amazon doesn't screw around with refunds in my experience, they've always done me right. I'm not worried about my order at all except that the supplier may have listed it @ the wrong price and may not honor it when they see all of our orders on Monday.

What the hell, ordered 2 sets. Probably for resale, I got the NGK blue wires for mine last year. Just on general principles, I don't believe the original wires were bad so I kept them as a backup.

I wonder if these are not new, like they just pulled a bunch from junkyards? We'll see.

I ordered one set, that makes "6 left" according to the Amazon page.
I really don't need these-the originals lasted 16 years, so my current set has another 12 years to go. But:
It's good to have spares.
