Spark Plug Wire

I'm happy with the Bosch Premium wire set from autozone. They are steel core and only about 1k ohm per foot.

Never had a problem with them. Been on wife's 4Runner for years between the two 4runners. My Daytona had a set that lasted 10 years before the rust killed the car. And a set has been on my Saturn since 2009........bummer on your experience with them.

Order canceled here as well. It was worth a shot anyways lol.

If anyone finds these OEM wires cheap anywhere else, post it here.

COuld have been some other issues mixed. I ended up making 400+whp on NGK blues but was having arc issues with the Bosch. Its so hit and miss. I just stick with NGK, Denso or OEM only on plugs and wires.

I understand. I put a set of the OEM NGK plugs for our 3.4l in my Saturn SL1. And really liked the extra low end torque. Don't notice the AC being on as much with them. I did go to a heat range 6 plug for the Saturn because of the constant knock retard with the twin electrode plugs.

That went so well I put some EK plugs In the Harley. They were a instant difference. Higher idle and the dyno run had a flat torque curve.

And it's a 883 sporty with a 1200 kit 497 lift cams ported heads and big valves. It's quite frisky. The air was bad the day of the run and the room was hot as the dickens.

Above pictures are from the Harley. Same plug both sides.

This plug is a spot check from the Saturn.

My 98 ZX9r has 151 at the wheel. 10:40 in the 1/4 all day long.

I've got 318,000 miles on plug wires. Am I just lucky or do you guys just like working on your trucks?

I've got 260k miles on mine (original), must be a md thing!

side note/question- anyone know what brand new oem wires ohm out at? Spec is less the 25k ohms, mine were all under 20k ohms a couple weeks ago when I did plugs.
