SPC UCA Alignment Sheets

All,
I just read through all 12 pages of this thread. I am struggling with my alignment and would welcome advice.
Three weeks ago I installed the following:
SPC uca’s
5100’s with T1 coils
White line lca bushings
OEM lbj’s
Steering rack and sway bar bushings
As well as rear OME 891 coils and 5100’s

Since the install I have had two alignments.

SPC’s are at position D.

My 4runner feels very twitchy and unsafe at higher speeds. And pulls to the left significantly.

My tires even sound louder. If that makes sense

I have a vibration as well, but I think it is the needle bearing in the front clamshell. Replaced all ball joints as well. Also new CV’s

Please help.

I was getting my head around the relation of more positive caster and the body mount. Thought i would drop them here in case it helps someone.

Orange numbers are the caster.
Green letters are the SPC setting.

I'm just about to install mine and I'm torn on what setting I should put my uca ball joint. Im running 255/85/16 with 2.5-3" lift and a .5" body lift with very little rubbing at full compression with stock uca. I'd like to keep it similar to what I am running now. Will running on setting D keep me where I am at now? I know the G setting and moving the cams so the lca goes forward gives the most clearance behind the tire, which isnt a problem right now. Does the E or F setting give a happy medium where you gain a little bit of rear clearance, but you have more play with caster? I've read this thread over and over and I think I'm finally understanding some of the terminology, barely. Should I just got to with G setting and be done with it?

I'm running 285s with 1.25" spacers and have mine set to E if I remember correctly. I got minor rubbing at the rear of the fender until I flattened the pinch weld.

I've flattened the pinch too. I like running the 255/85 tires, but there isnt many choices for an all-terrain tire in that size so I might end up going with the 285 when my km2 wear out. I might try the E or F setting and go from there. Still trying to wrap my head around on all this.
 
this is my allignment sheet. i have eccentric eliminators so i only have 3 options vs a traditional eccentric. my settings are at max caster (rears pointing out, fronts pointing in) and they changed my setting from G to E i believe. i dont rub but this is my allignment sheet. should i try putting the front lobes to neutral (up/down) and putting back to setting G? id doesnt necessarily drive crappy but id like a bit more caster yet my wheel still fairly out forward.

Is this applicable to 2.5 - 3 inches of lift, stock fat-lip bumper, and 285/70R17 tires?

Well, I finally got the alignment done.


This is what I did beforehand, all to the max:

- Both rear cams pushed outward as far as possible
- Both front cams pulled inward as far as possible
- SPC UCAs on "G" moved inward far as possible

With that he simply played with the tie rods...
