Speaker upgrade, need some help getting access

Can anyone provide help (instructions) on how to access the dash speakers and remove the front door panels on a 2011 4Runner? I have looked in the forum but have not found any info for the Gen5's.

I am looking to upgrade my speakers and do not want to mess up my new ride...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
