Spoiler crack

I recently purchased an OEM spoiler from Toyota Canada and had them install it for me a couple months ago. Today, after washing the truck I noticed a crack on the passenger side. Anybody else have this problem? I've just taken it back to the dealer and they are going to replace it at no cost to me. Here's a couple of pics for you guys to look at.

looks like they might have overtightened or mismatched the mounting to crack it- or dropped it while installing...

Looks like a hit.

Probably was dropped, crushed in the shop, and the tech just put it on figuring he might get away with it. If you never looked close, you might never have seen that under the spoiler. Could have been years before noticing, and then they get you for another spoiler.
