The grey piece in the photo is the fiberglass insert. The black mesh insert is sold separately. I purchased these parts through a forum sponsor Toyota Parts vendor. At the time, I paid appox. for the fiberglass piece $130 and the black mesh insert was approx. $12. With the hardware pieces total shipped was about $150.

As far as the hardware, ala the nuts, bolts and gaskets pieces. You could purchase them for less in any hardware store or probably find those pieces in your garage in that collect all jar. Use silicone where you need gasket.

To update about the paint. Carquest does mix the paint in-store and it's $53 a quart for 1 phase paint.

I'm sure they have primer and clear coat but the 1 stage I inquired about requires none of that. You have to mix it with a catalyst and a reducer before you spray. It is said to match up very well to clear coated paint. Guess I'll find out soon enough.

im not sure yet, if the place were in my neihborhood i would have already got it. its the 2 hour drive keeping me from it. within a week or 2 mabey. why?

What does 1 phase paint mean?

AFAIK it is referring to the fact there is no other steps to painting other than laying the one color down. You won't need a primer and you want need a clear coat.

Well I was gonna have my left and right rear bumper panels matched to the body color (202 black), and then fender flares when I get them, unless I can actually find a pair of black ones which is doubtful. Right now I have the sr5 textured black flares, and Im interested to see what they would look like color matched. But Id rather find the a set of the wider flares. And then eventually Im gonna have the rear bumper center peice painted to finish the back. If you can do that it would be a great service to me if the price is less than an auto paint shop. I could send everything to you preped so you could just wipe down and paint it. Would that one phase paint that cj80 mentioned be a possibility?

I can pickup the part in San Diego, Orange County or Los Angeles.

closest warehouse i know of is at the end of san diego next to the border of mexico

What do you think the cost of paint would be for those items (bumper ends and fender flares)? And as far as priming, would I be able to use primer from a spray can? Im guessing not, since its not polyurethane

I'll also be purchasing the hood in a few days from my local certifit (right down the street). I'll take some pics for you guys. I also paint, I have a compressor in my garage and have been painting for years. I painted my buddies accord and body kit last summer and the wheels over xmas. So if you're in the area, I dont mind painting your stuff for a case of beer
