I know! I am always looking for you and never see you! I'm living in Gresham right now as I was renovating a house and staying there during the process but should be moving back to this side soon.
We need to get out on the trails sometime!

I've been looking too, man. Definitely would like to hit the trails. I've got an itch to do Barlow Road soon. Never been there, but looks fun, albeit an easy run. FYI: My 'Runner isn't nearly as built as yours. haha

What are the odds?
This past week, I was in Big Bend National Park, camping with my children. We made a side trip to the super small and SUPER REMOTE town of Terlingua. We stopped at a little dive for lunch when I saw this modded 5th gen:
About 45 minutes later, when we were done eating, I saw this 5th gen with super-cool trailer, pull up for gas:
I went up to the guy and complimented him on his 5th gen, and he looked at me like like I was speaking Portugese. I then told him that I liked his Runner and he finally understood that I was complimenting him. I asked him if he was a T4r.org member, and then he looked irritated. His response: "Yes, but I'm never on there". I knew at that moment, that I was only annoying this guy. Oh well.

Actually that's not mine -- sweet looking ride though.
And if somebody was to compliment me on my ride -- I'd definitely not be annoyed. In fact, I might be the annoying one as I'd be eager to get into a long conversation about the work that went into it.
All of which to say, if you see me rolling around -- definitely say hello.

So far I have only flagged down 2 4runners. One was a trail like mine with all the TRDPro badging but was a TE. The guys wife was more annoyed as we had just met at a gun range in Houston so we wanted to talk way more. Second was the first Quicksand I saw in person here in Austin. I was on S. Congress at Home Slice and saw this guy in his TRD and I pointed at him as he passed. I jumped in my truck and we talked at stoplight. As I pulled away I heard him tell his wife/gf "see I told you this truck looks good"
