You must have seen 40 spots haha. Btw to the Austin area folks you may see me around. I mainly drive my Corolla but I drive the runner too for fun. White 1999 limited on 33"s and shrock front bumper with winch and a red thread hanging off and a roof basket. Let me know!

Think I've seen you a couple times but you're always going the opposite way! I have an eye for lifted runners driving around but I can never pull up to them fast enough or they're just going the other directions. There's a lot of lifted 5th gens but they have no idea this site even exist. Only met 2 members so far on the road. You might run into me one day, I'm in the white 4th gen on grabber 285s (profile pic) I'm in Austin quite often. Just hit me with the "4runner wave" and I'll wave back!

I'd so join but, I've got some work to do (UCA, Clicking CV Axle, Alignment) to the runner before I can start off-roading again! But definitely let me know if you go another time and I should be ready!

Spent this past week in North Denver and spotted a ton of 4runners. Unfortunately, almost all were stock and the owner probably has no clue this site even exists. Most were traveling in the opposite direction and therefore I couldn't snap a pic. Some note worthy ones were;

A black 4th gen, lifted, black everything, roof rack, bumpers, very nice spotted on I-25 between Denver and Colorado Springs.

A silver 4th gen, slight lift, cb antenna spotted on I-25 near Santa Fe yesterday.

The only one I managed to snap a pic of was this one which was at a hotel next to my hotel in Denver. Lifted, sliders, ladder, ARB awning. Definitely looks like it gets used.
