Once you have it set up, would like to here your thoughts on how the throttle responds.

It's a bugger to get off, if I remember correctly it's a center release. You have to squeeze it pretty hard, took me a few attempts.

A better look...you push down on the very edge closest to the wires, this will raise the center "clip" enough to clear.

Perfect - thank you! I tried snapping a pic with my phone earlier but it was a tight fit on the right side of the pedal and i couldn't get a good shot. Ill give it another try this week.

Finally got this bugger installed this morning... I took it on a quick test drive in green mode. 0-20 feels about the same since the accelerator is pretty sensitive in that range already. I noticed the difference above 20 though. To put it simply, you don't have to work the pedal as hard for acceleration. The usual lag in that range is mostly gone and I imagine it's all gone if I go red. It also downshifts with less effort. Long story short, you can feather the gas pedal and get more responsiveness. The closest comparison is the 8 speed autos that many manufacturers are moving toward.
Im not sure it's worth $200-300 for everyone but it does what it claims and will probably make street driving a little more fun. I have a ton of errands to run today, so I'll find out.

Update: I drove approx 80 miles of mixed city and highway today while running errands. In flat city areas, its more fun... redlight to redlight. 
It was nice driving "spiritedly" without having to try too much. The highway however was not as enjoyable. Its pretty hilly out here and the limit on 25 is 75mph. Just slight movements of the gas pedal kept forcing downshifting in auto mode. I tried in manual mode as well and it still forced downshifting there even though RPM was around 3,000 before gently touching the pedal. I also had the Mrs. try it out around the neighborhood and she was not a fan.
My recommendation... if you do a lot of city driving/ commuting in flat areas, go for it. If you live in areas with inclines/declines, haul a lot of gear, or tow, I'd skip this mod.

won't help. . . the problem is that the factory set up delays the response TIME . . . Whether you mash it or baby it, the time from the pedal action to the T4R's response is severely lagging. . . more pressure on the pedal does nothing more than create a harsher reaction when it finally kicks in. . . but does nothing to quicken the time between hitting the gas and the T4R responding.
If yours doesn't lag, you're lucky. . . if yours lags, but you don't care, congrats . . . regardless, if it does what it says (and by all accounts, it does), I'm down. . . can't wait to install mine when it get here, as the lag is really the only thing I don't like about driving my T4R.

Just installed mine this morning, only drove around the block but could instantly feel the difference. No more mashing the pedal and waiting, you barely tap it and it goes. Will get it out on the highway and report back.

Is the wire for you're remote just hanging loose on the dash or does it go behind it?

I'm also looking for the V2. Just want to make sure I ordered the right one? And yes it is a great price.

no, I drilled a small hole in rocker switch so wiring is behind dashboard. Here is better shot:

Don't let the haters of this thing say it's BS, everyone understands that it doesn't make your car magically faster, it just remaps the throttle to be more responsive up front... which in turn makes it more fun to drive IMO
I love mine and think over the life of the truck the money for this was a no brainer...

Looks like you removed your pedal. Looks much easier if you do that. Also which end plugs into the pedal, the lager end or smaller end? Thx
