Starts, won't stay running...

1992 Toyota 4 runner 3.0 when starting the vehicle it starts and then dies. If you keep the ignition in start mode it will stay running. Things we have tested: coil, the igniter, pickup in the distributor, ignition switch, put new computer in engine module, new starter relay, checked alternator and connections to the alternator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

fuel. see what the fuel pressure is doing.

sounds like the start circuit is powering the fuel pump, but the run circuit is not.

Engines need three things, fuel, air, and fire. Sounds like you have checked the fire side. Like delloro said fuel would be my guess, first find the system not working then trouble shoot from there.
